What does the one-time setup fee cover?

The one-time setup fee covers the custom build out of your company CRM and website. This includes adding team members, building workflows, and synchronizing any other systems. Also included is a one hour consultation with our expert staff to better understand how you would like to use the CRM and what your goals are. The fee will be split into two payments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Our plans are designed to be flexible. With monthly billing you can change your plan as you go. If you are upgrading your plan the setup fee for additional features will be charged at a prorated amount.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, there is no long-term contract. We understand that business needs change and want to give you the flexibility your business needs. We do however offer a discounted price for annual subscriptions.

What is the difference between websites?

The key difference between plan websites are the inclusion of an online store & a blog. Creating your own online store allows you to sell services and physical or digital products. Unlike most platforms we don't take any percentage of revenue you generate through your sales. The benefit of having a blog is increased visibility and brand authority with SEO making it simpler for your business to rank higher in searches.

Do you offer ongoing support?

We do offer ongoing email support as well as a monthly 15-minute Zoom call. Should additional support be needed we do offer priority support subscriptions.

How customizable is this software?

Are there any additional fees?

Each plan comes with monthly credits for calls, texts, and emails. Any additional usage will be billed monthly at cost. For a full list of rates contact us for a demo and trial.

How do I cancel my subscription and what happens if I do?

To cancel your subscription select "manage subscriptions" under the Billing Settings. If you decide to cancel your subscription be sure to download any important data before your current subscription ends. We will archive your account for 12 months, so that should you decide to renew your subscription you can pick up where you left off.
